A Blind Man And His Shoes
There once was a blind man that, though his sight was fine, could not see
That the shoes he had, though old and worn, were faithful as can be
In spite of over-use and unfair misuse, they remained true
To weather the storms of life and risky terrains that were new
In the good times, the shoes were then -discarded and upgraded
For new shoes, presumably better and that could be afforded
Treated like movie stars despite their many mixed reviews
The blind man more blinded, to the limitations of his new shoes
In the tough times, these shoes faded to show their true colors
Disguised– to be major successes, designed– to be failures
And so, the new shoes fell apart, when they were most needed
The blind man, blinded to warning labels, that should have been heeded
Turning back to his old shoes that stood the test of time
Though his treatment of them was nothing short of a crime
These reliable old shoes that are rarely given the chance to shine
For a man who cannot see their worth, will always walk a fine line

Big Trouble in Thailand show on Bravo.
With unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to the Thai Tourist Police, Big Trouble in Thailand an action packed fly-on-the-wall series that follows Howard, Louise and Tim, specially recruited British ex-pats who have joined the formidable Thai tourist police force, to aid them in their difficult job policing fellow Westerners unaware and oblivious to Thailand’s unfamiliar traditions, culture and rules.
Attracting nearly 1m British holidaymakers each year, with a good proportion of these completely unaware that fairly minor misdemeanors can mean grave consequences including prison sentences and having guns pulled on you, Bravo’s cameras go beyond the idyllic beaches and tropical island life to capture a rare and fascinating insight into British holidaymakers as they party in paradise and discover the horrors that can happen when things go drastically wrong.
From adrenaline fueled drug busts, organized tourist scams, scorned lady-boys, violent brothel disputes, bar room brawls, brutal murders, street robberies and sexual assaults, the series is filmed in the popular tourist hotspots of Koh Samui, Phuket, Bangkok, Pattaya and Chang Mai.
