การจัด Go Skateboarding Day ปีนี้ถือว่าเป็นการจัดงานแข่งเสก็ตครั้งแรกที่สวนเบญจสิริ ผลการตอบรับออกมาได้ดีเยี่ยมมาก มีเพื่อนๆพี่ๆน้องๆได้มาร่วมกันจากหลายที่มาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็น สวนเบญ, สวนรมมณีนาถ, พระราม 8, สนามศุภ, พัทยา, ฉะเชิงเทรา, อุบล, The Ramp, Singapore, USA, Malaysia, Switzerland, Philippines, และที่อื่นๆ

จุดประสงค์หลักของงานนี้ที่จัดขึ้น เพื่อให้พวกเรารวมตัวกัน เพื่อสร้างเพื่อนใหม่ พบปะสังสรรค์กัน และที่สำคัญคือได้เล่นเสก็ตด้วยกัน งานอย่างนี้ถือว่าเป็นงานของเด็กเสก็ตกันเองจริงๆ

พวกเราชาวสวนเบญ ขอขอบคุณทุกๆคนที่ได้ทำวันเสก็ตโลกในเมืองไทยดูมีสีสันขึ้นมา ผมคิดว่าครั้งนี้ถือเป็นการเริ่มต้นที่ดี และปีหน้าจะพยายามทำให้มีอะไรๆมากกว่านี้

Phuket-BKK

I just got back from Phuket. I went there for a skate tour. The weather was awesome. Got couple tricks down. Pictures coming soon...

So i've been trying to get all the QP guys to do the skate video for a while now.
We've been filming on and off for 2 years now, so I think it's the time to finish this project.

The first QP skate video should come out in two months(July08).

I have so many ideas for the video, but we just don't have anyone to sponsor us. :(
Our skaters don't have money to buy skate deck or skate shoe. So it's kinda hard for them to skate good.
So I hope that this video will help some of them get sponsors.

We are going to Phuket next week for a 7-10 days skate tour. This will be our last skate trip for this video. It's huge! I hope we will get lots of skate footage.
I will upload photos of the trip when I come back.

Geng, He's the only one in QP that has sponsors. He's sponsored by Nike SB and Preduce.

Geng is showing kids how to do ollie.

This is Bird. He's one of the best skaters I know in QP. He improve a lot from last year.

The problem is, he come from a poor family, so he doesn't have enough money to buy a new skateboard. Geng sometimes gave him his old deck, so he can skate. If he breaks it, then no skate for a while.

Like today, he's been having the truck problem. The bolt that supposed to hold his wheel and truck came off. He can't skate anymore that day.

Life is not easy. We are eating well while some people don't have anything to eat at all. I think, we are too spoil sometimes. When we need something, we ask, and we get what we asked for. Not like some people. They need to work hard, very hard, to get what they want.

It's a very hot day. Lots of people but FUN.
Golden Palace. I've only been there 3 times in my life. It's very hot. Hate it.
This picture look super nice, but it's also super hot. You have no idea how that day is.

So...today is my first day in Bangkok. It's super hot and humid.
The flight last night was long. it's about 30 hrs long including lay over at Chicago and Japan.
